Hi, I’m Lois Jeffers

I know what it feels like to be successful on paper while quietly sensing that something no longer fits.

I started my career as a lawyer. Then I moved into career advising, then worked at one of the Big 4's, then tech.

Then I became a coach. Each of those transitions came with its own version of the question you may be sitting with right now: Is this still the right path — and if not, what is?

That's not a small question. And in my experience, it rarely gets answered by updating your resume or networking harder. It gets answered by stepping back and doing the harder work of figuring out what's actually driving the tension.
That's what I built this workshop to help you do.

I'm an ICF-certified coach with a JD and an MA in Organizational Psychology. Through my practice, I work with women leaders navigating career transitions, leadership growth, and high-stakes professional decisions.

I designed this session specifically for women who are too experienced to accept vague advice — and too thoughtful to make a reactive decision they'll regret.
