A live workshop for women leaders who are tired of the stay-or-go loop,
and ready to get clear on what's actually happening and what to do next.
You'll work through the Career Inflection Audit — a structured framework to diagnose what's driving the tension.
Most career advice skips straight to tactics.
Resume edits. Networking strategies. Job search steps.
But tactics without clarity just create more noise.
Before you can make the right move, you need to understand what's actually driving this moment. That's what this session is built to do, so the actions you take next are grounded, not reactive.
→ You've been sensing for a while that something needs to change, but you keep putting off figuring out what
→You go back and forth between staying and leaving, and the loop never seems to end
→You’re considering a promotion, pivot, or new opportunity but feel unsure how to evaluate if it's the right next move for you
→ You’ve outgrown your current role but don’t yet see a clear next step
→ You're exhausted by the indecision more than the job itself
→ You're successful on paper, yet increasingly disconnected from your work
→ You keep waiting for clarity to arrive on its own, and it hasn't
→ You're receiving advice from every direction, and none of it actually helps you decide
Here's what most high-achieving women do at this stage: they push through, wait it out, or make a reactive move they end up second-guessing.
None of those options get you to clarity. They just buy you more time in the same loop.
This workshop is designed to break that loop.
Many professionals assume career decisions should become easier as they gain experience. But the opposite often happens. As your skills grow and opportunities expand, the range of possible paths increases — which makes clarity harder to find, not easier.
And because you've navigated transitions successfully before, there's an expectation (from yourself and others) that you should just know what to do. That gap between your capability and your clarity is exactly what makes this moment so disorienting.

During this live workshop, we’ll explore:
→ Why career crossroads often appear after periods of growth or success
→ The hidden dynamics that make decision-making at this stage difficult
→ The different types of career inflection points leaders experience
→ A strategic lens to help you evaluate potential paths forward
→ How to begin identifying the criteria that should guide your next move
This is not about rushing into a decision.
It’s about learning how to think more clearly about the one in front of you.
I know what it feels like to be successful on paper while quietly sensing that something no longer fits.
I started my career as a lawyer. Then I moved into career advising, then worked at one of the Big 4's, then tech.
Then I became a coach. Each of those transitions came with its own version of the question you may be sitting with right now: Is this still the right path — and if not, what is?
That's not a small question. And in my experience, it rarely gets answered by updating your resume or networking harder. It gets answered by stepping back and doing the harder work of figuring out what's actually driving the tension.
That's what I built this workshop to help you do.
I'm an ICF-certified coach with a JD and an MA in Organizational Psychology. Through my practice, I work with women leaders navigating career transitions, leadership growth, and high-stakes professional decisions.
I designed this session specifically for women who are too experienced to accept vague advice — and too thoughtful to make a reactive decision they'll regret.
If you're at a crossroads, you don't need more opinions. You need a clearer lens. That's what we'll build together.
If something in your career feels off, that’s not something to ignore and it’s not something to rush past.
The goal isn't to make a decision quickly. It's to understand what's actually driving the tension, so whatever you decide next is grounded, not reactive
This workshop gives you that starting point.
