Hi, I’m Lois

I'm an ICF-certified leadership coach with a JD and an MA in Organizational Psychology. My background spans law, technology, higher education, and professional services—and I work primarily with women leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth.

I created Ascend because I know what it's like to feel stuck at a crossroads—capable and ambitious, but unclear about the right next move.

Early in my career, I spent too much time second-guessing myself, listening to everyone else's opinions, and trying to figure it out alone. I know the mental and emotional weight of indecision—and how much it costs in terms of time, energy, and missed opportunities.

I also know that with the right support, this doesn't have to be a years-long struggle. You can gain clarity faster. You can make decisions from a place of confidence and alignment. And you can build the strategic judgment that will serve you for the rest of your career.
