I'm an ICF-certified leadership coach with a JD and an MA in Organizational Psychology. My background spans law, technology, higher education, and professional services—and I work primarily with women leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth.
I’ve been where you are, capable, committed, and still frustrated by a leadership habit that wouldn’t shift. When I encountered the Immunity-to-Change™ framework, something finally clicked. I understood why certain leadership patterns persist, even when we’re motivated and self-aware.
That insight is what led me to create Amplify Your Impact.
Amplify is designed to help women leaders get laser-focused on one persistent leadership habit, uncover what’s driving it, and change it in a way that’s sustainable — supported by a thoughtful cohort of peers doing the work alongside you.

Amplify follows my signature coaching process — Clarity, Insight, Action, and Accountability applied to one persistent leadership habit using the Immunity-to-Change™ framework.
In this phase, you will:

Using the Immunity-to-Change™ framework, we explore:

In this phase, you'll:
→ Design small, real-world experiments to test new ways of leading
→ Practice behavioral shifts in your actual work environment

The group provides momentum, perspective, and reinforcement so the change doesn’t fade once the program ends.

Amplify runs over three months, with sessions every other week. The pace is intentional — close enough together to maintain momentum, spaced enough to give you time to experiment between sessions. Each live session combines coaching, peer reflection, and structured work on your Immunity-to-Change™ map. You'll leave each one with something concrete to try before the next.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Early in the program, we’ll help you identify the leadership habit that’s having the greatest impact on your effectiveness, energy, or influence right now.
Through reflection, dialogue, and guided exercises, clarity emerges naturally. Most participants begin with a general sense of what feels off — and leave the first phase with a clear, focused improvement goal.
Yes. Many participants use professional development or learning budgets. I’m happy to work with you to make employer sponsorship straightforward.
After you apply, you can request:

Amplify works best when participants are ready to engage deeply and work on a specific leadership pattern. The application helps ensure the program is a good fit — for you and for the group.
It’s not about perfection or credentials. It’s about readiness, focus, and shared commitment to the work.
Amplify is designed to be rigorous but realistic for working leaders.
→ One live session every other week (60 or 90 minutes)
→ Light reflection and experimentation between sessions
→ Most participants spend 1–2.5 hours per week, including sessions.
Confidentiality is foundational to the experience.
→ Cohorts are intentionally small (6–8 women)
→ Clear confidentiality expectations are set at the outset
→ Participants are expected to respect privacy and discretion
Amplify is structured as a high-trust space that supports honest reflection and meaningful dialogue.
After you submit your application:
→ I’ll review it personally
→ You may be invited to a brief conversation to ensure mutual fit
→ Final decisions are sent within 24 hrs after our conversation
→ Onboarding materials sent 7–10 days before the program starts
