I'm an ICF-certified leadership coach with a JD and an MA in Organizational Psychology. My background spans law, technology, higher education, and professional services. As a leadership and confidence coach for women professionals, I work with leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth.
I started this work because I saw too many talented leaders burning out trying to lead the way they thought they should instead of discovering how they naturally lead best.
My work integrates research-backed frameworks with practical coaching to help leaders move from self-doubt to self-trust and from reactive leadership to intentional impact.
