Why the Leadership Circle Profile?

Both pathways use the Leadership Circle Profile—the only 360° assessment that measures not just your leadership behaviors, but the underlying beliefs and assumptions that drive them.
It maps two critical domains:

  • Creative Competencies: Behaviors and mindsets that lead to high fulfillment and high achievement leadership (like strategic focus, authentic relating, systems awareness, and bringing out the best in others)

Hi, I’m Lois

I'm an ICF-certified leadership coach with a JD and an MA in Organizational Psychology. My background spans law, technology, higher education, and professional services—and I work primarily with women leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth.

I started this work because I saw too many talented leaders burning out trying to lead the way they thought they should—instead of discovering how they naturally lead best.

My work integrates research-backed frameworks with practical coaching to help leaders move from self-doubt to self-trust and from reactive leadership to intentional impact.

What’s the payment structure?

You may pay in full or choose a 50/50 payment plan (50% upfront, 50% 30 days after the start of the engagement).

Can my employer sponsor this?

Yes. Many participants use professional development or learning budgets. I’m happy to work with you to make employer sponsorship straightforward. After you apply, you can request:

What is the Leadership Circle Profile™?

The Leadership Circle Profile is a world-class 360° assessment that measures both your Creative Competencies (behaviors like strategic focus, authentic relating, and systems awareness that drive effectiveness) and your Reactive Tendencies—fear-based, self-protective patterns that limit your impact.
Common reactive patterns include:

  • Controlling patterns (perfectionism, micromanaging, needing to be right)
  • Protecting patterns (emotional distance, cynicism, intellectual superiority)
  • Complying patterns (people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, playing it safe)
